    QC Outgoing

    Responsibilities:

    1. Inspected outbound shipments and conducted the random sampling to ensure product quality
    2. Discarded and rejected products, materials and equipment that did not meet specifications
    3. Evaluated outgoing quality / finish good for compliance with standards
    4. Identified and report problems to supervisor/team leader

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) degree in Food Technology, Biology and Industrial Engineering
    • Having good knowledge in GMP, Food Safet, HACCP, ISO 22000
    • Having passion in inspection and ensuring the quality of productions, process machinery and materials
    • Responsible and able to work in team or independently
    • Willing work in shift and to be placed in Narogong Kab. Bekasi

    QC Inspector

    Responsibilities:

    1. Inspected outbound shipments and conducted the random sampling to ensure product quality
    2. Inspected and test incoming raw materials/products according to the established SOP
    3. Discarded and rejected products, materials and equipment that did not meet specifications
    4. Identified and report problems to supervisor/team leader

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) degree in Food Technology, Biology and Industrial Engineering
    • Having good knowledge in GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, ISO 22000
    • Having passion in inspection and ensuring the quality of productions, process machinery and materials
    • Responsible and able to work in team or independently
    • Willing work in shift and to be placed in Cikupa. Kab. Tangerang

    QC Gudang Bumbu

    Responsibilities:

    1. Analyzes seasoning material, raw material, intermediates, and finished product samples according to established standard operating procedure.
    2. Check and prepared all seasoning materials needed in products
    3. Assist in the running & maintenance of quality & food safety systems (HACCP, GMP & SSOP & other requirement from customers) & its documentation
    4. Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner and complete all system work

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) degree in Food Technology and Nutrition
    • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
    • Having good knowledge in GMP, Food safety, HACCP, ISO 22000 implementation

    Foreman Gudang Bumbu

    Responsibilities:

    4. Identified and report problems to supervisor/ team leader

    Responsibilities:

    1. Melakukan / kerja Analisa laboratorium yang tepat dan akurat
    2. Bertanggung jawab terhadap hasil Analisa yang dikerjakan
    3. Melakukan swab monitoring alat, mesin dan lingkungan
    4. Bertanggung jawab terhadap kebersihan peralatan dan lokasi kerja yang digunakannya
    5. Merekam data hasil Analisa laboratorium

    Requirements:

    • D3/S1 (Supervisor Jaminan Mutu Pangan, Analisis Kimia, Biologi, Mikrobiologi, Tekhnologi
    • Pangan)
    • Minimal 1 tahun berpengalaman di bidang lab FMCG)
    • Familiar dengan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel & Word)
    • Bersedia bekerja shifting

    GMP Patrol

    Responsibilities:

    1. GMP Daily patrol all plant areas
    2. Ensure that safe working practices and procedures are implemented
    3. Report & Monitoring GMP findings to all departments
    4. Coaching and counselling employees with disruptive behaviour in GMP procedures

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) degree in Food Technology and Nutrition

    • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Teknisi di industri makanan lebih disukai
    • Memahami pemahaman tentang merakit panel, wiring listrik & welding
    • Diutamakan domisli Kab. Tangerang

    Operator Produksi

    Kualifikasi:

    • Pendidikan SMA/SMK/D3 semua jurusan
    • Bersedia bekerja shift
    • Tekun, teliti, tanggap dan handal
    • Mampu bekerja dalam tim atau individu
    • Mampu bekerja maksimal dalam pencapaian target
    • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai operator produksi di industri makanan lebih disukai

    Munculnya ide pembuatan sosis Kanzler berawal dari Bapak Bambang Sutantio dan Mr. Hans Reusch yang berasal dari Jerman.
